Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service from kitchen to front\-of\-house.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support personnel.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate food production activities to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining consistency and excellence.
- Oversee bar operations including bartending services, drink presentation, and inventory management.
- Train staff on hospitality best practices, food safety procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health standards.
- Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Ensure all team members adhere to operational policies and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for quality service.
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary standards.
- Experience with bartending or bar management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate staff and foster teamwork.
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles including serving guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in restaurant or hotel environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus.
Pay: £25,420\.00\-£48,216\.02 per year
