Up to £43k per annum, including Tronc and monthly Bonuses

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager who has previous experience in a high volume restaurant environment. The Restaurant Manager will support the General Manager in day to day operations, organising \& training your floor team, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and creating a great dining experience.

  • Ability to create a buzz and grow a loyal customer base and make their mark very quickly on our high growth group

  • Sound food \& drinks knowledge, someone who considers themselves a real foodie
