The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant — setting the tone, leading from the floor, and ensuring every guest experience is effortless, generous and memorable.
You will take ownership of the day\-to\-day operation, working closely with the kitchen, senior leadership team and front\-of\-house colleagues to deliver consistently high standards at volume, without ever losing the personal touch that defines Cromlix.
This is a hands\-on, people\-first role, suited to a confident leader who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and takes pride in developing teams as much as delighting guests.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines operational excellence with genuine hospitality:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally within a high\-volume, quality\-led operation
- A strong understanding of rosette\-level service delivery and what it takes to maintain consistency at pace
- A people\-led leadership style — calm, supportive, and clear, with high expectations and high care
- A natural presence on the floor, leading by example and building confidence within the team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong commercial awareness
- A passion for service, detail, and creating environments where both guests and teams flourish
