Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee daily operations at our QSR in London. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive QSR experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to drive the success of our establishment.

Duties

• Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes.


• Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive work environment centred on teamwork and excellence.


• Oversee food safety compliance and ensure all health regulations are strictly adhered to.


• Coordinate kitchen activities, including food production and quality control, to ensure timely service.


• Implement training programmes for staff development


• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain smooth operations.


• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the premises in accordance with health and safety standards.


• Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Proven supervising experience within QSR restaurant or hospitality environment.


• Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example.


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.


• Leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills.


• Ability to manage performance, standards, and customer experience


• Experience managing labour, KPIs, and operational targets


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
