We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional management skills, and a proven track record in retail or sales management. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store or branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Manage sales targets, analyse performance metrics, and develop strategies to optimise revenue streams.

  • Coordinate merchandising activities to maximise visual appeal and product placement.

  • Maintain high standards of communication with staff, customers, and stakeholders through effective phone etiquette and organisational skills.

  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to promote professional development and improve team performance.

  • Oversee administrative functions including scheduling, budgeting, inventory control, and reporting.

  • Foster a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, leadership, and excellent customer service.

  • Ensure health \& safety regulations are adhered to across all operational areas.
Requirements
  • Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, with supervising experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous.

  • Demonstrated organisational skills with proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.

  • Experience in merchandising and sales management strategies.

  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

  • Strong phone etiquette coupled with excellent interpersonal skills for internal and external communication.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing organisational needs while maintaining focus on strategic goals.

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
