The Role
We are searching for a strong leader who can take ownership of daily operations while helping shape the future of the business.
You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, inspire and develop the team, maintain exceptional standards, and work closely with the owners as we continue to expand the Golden Bull brand.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a premium fast\-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and inspiring the front\-of\-house and management team
- Driving outstanding guest experiences every day
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations and service standards
- Managing rotas, labour costs, stock control, and KPIs
- Recruiting, training, and developing high\-performing staff
- Creating a positive, professional, and energetic culture
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and health \& safety standards
- Working alongside ownership to support future expansion plans
- Maintaining the high standards and reputation Golden Bull is known for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Manager within hospitality required
- Strong track record of leading successful high\-volume restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and people\-management skills
- Experience managing high\-volume hospitality operations
- Commercial awareness and understanding of restaurant performance
- Passion for guest experience and team development
- Ability to lead from the front in a busy service environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Premium casual or steakhouse experience
- Cocktail and wine knowledge
- Experience opening sites or supporting business growth
- Personal Licence holder
