What will my day to day look like?
You'll assist the Restaurant Manager in running day\-to\-day operations leading the restaurant floor team from the front, delivering our famous food \& drinks in a friendly \& efficient manner whilst maintaining agreed standards.
A key element to your day will be to teach and lead the team to deliver consistency of our service standards. Hospitality industry is about people and central to us being able to deliver excellent service is an ability to coach and mentor inexperienced members of staff until they gain the knowledge and confidence to deliver. All senior members of the team are expected to contribute to this, especially the restaurant supervisor role.
Other duties will include such as
\- Provide cover for the Restaurant Manager in their absence
\- Ensuring all food safety, health and safety and internal audit standards are met
\- Liaise with our amazing, longstanding kitchen management team to deliver shared goals

Competitive salary rate of £35000 OTE depending on experience
