About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Restaurant Manager to lead our front\-of\-house operations. In this fast\-paced environment, you will be the face of our business, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily front\-of\-house operations


• Leading by example and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences


• Welcoming guests and managing reservations


• Preparing drinks and serving specialty coffee


• Handling orders and operating the till


• Maintaining a clean, inviting, and organised environment


• Supporting the recruitment and training of new staff


• Driving business growth as we expand to new locations

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Experience in a busy hospitality environment (restaurant, café, or bar)


• Advanced command of English


• Integrity, patience, and reliability


• A genuinely friendly, customer\-focused attitude


• High attention to detail


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Wine and/or bartending experience (advantageous)

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £36,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
