We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.


• Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving procedures.


• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.


• Oversee inventory management, including food production and kitchen supplies.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop menus and special promotions.


• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team management.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a positive work culture.

• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.


• Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.


• Culinary experience or relevant qualifications in food preparation and cooking are advantageous.


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.


• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.


• Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is considered an asset.


• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £13\.95\-£14\.50 per hour
