We’re now looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our front\-of\-house operations and help deliver outstanding service every day.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading the team


• Supervise front\-of\-house staff, including training, scheduling, and ongoing support


• Ensure smooth and efficient service throughout all shifts


• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness


• Support coordination between the kitchen, bar, and dining room


• Guide guests through our Sardinian menu, specials, and wine list


• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly


• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies and stock control


• Support basic financial and administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within hospitality


• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, hands\-on attitude


• Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining culture


• Fluent English is essential; good spoken Italian is highly desirable


• Solid understanding of food safety standards and best practices


• Exceptional communication skills and customer\-focused mindset


• Ability to stay organised and calm in a fast\-paced environment


• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts


• Basic bartending or barista skills are required—training can be provided, but previous experience is preferred
