We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Bar Manager to lead a vibrant, food\-led venue with a strong bar and cocktail offering. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands\-on leader who thrives in a fast\-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of a busy food and beverage venue


• Lead, motivate, and develop a high\-performing team across front and back of house


• Drive revenue growth while maintaining tight control over costs and profitability


• Manage and take full ownership of the venue’s P\&L performance


• Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, drinks service, and customer experience


• Develop and implement marketing initiatives, including effective use of social media to drive footfall and engagement


• Maintain compliance with all health \& safety and licensing regulations

• Proven experience in managing a food\-focused hospitality business


• Strong background in cocktails, bar operations, and drinks service


• Demonstrable experience managing P\&L, budgets, and financial performance


• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams


• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing within a hospitality setting


• Commercially aware, driven, and results\-focused


• A proactive, hands\-on approach with attention to detail
