Responsible Sourcing Hard Luxury Project Manager

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Maintain an accurate, reliable diamonds and coloured gemstones supply chain database and KPI’s
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Maintain and continuously improve the supply chain database including all due diligence related information.
- Prepare and follow\-up on a regular basis the diamonds and coloured gemstones Responsible Sourcing key performance indicators \- KPI’s
- Participate in the definition of new Responsible Sourcing KPI’s
- Engage in the different data digitalisation initiatives of the department
- Ensure data security and confidentiality
Coordinate supplier naturality and traceability audits and follow\-ups

- In collaboration with the expert and the Maisons, prepare the audit campaigns
- Follow\-up with Maisons and ensure audit plan execution
- Provide and formalize regular status update and escalate if needed
Participate in the animation of Group Diamonds \& Coloured gemstones community

- Support the Head of Responsible Sourcing Hard Luxury in the preparation of the different Committees and internal and external working groups
- Preparation of minute meetings
Other transversal related tasks

- Contribute to the Group ESG reporting
- Collaborate with the team responsible for emission factors related topics
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Education \& Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Compliance, or Sustainability related discipline.
- Minimum 2\-4 years’ experience in Procurement or within the Sustainability area with a strong interest in Responsible Sourcing topics
- An experience in the field of the precious materials is a plus
Knowledge \& Skills

- Integrity, Discretion \& Confidentiality
- Professional communications skills both verbally and in writing with mandatory fluency in French and English
- Data oriented Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word), Power Bi
- SAP Knowledge is a plus
