Responsible Person (RP) – Netherlands Pharmaceutical / GDP Operations

Sattva Pharma is looking for an experienced Responsible Person (RP) in the Netherlands to support the launch and ongoing management of our pharmaceutical distribution activities in compliance with EU GDP guidelines.

We already have:

• Established pharmaceutical operations in the UK through Life Pharma


• EU pharmaceutical business operations through Sattva Pharma


• Existing contracts and business ready to commence

The day\-to\-day operational activities will be managed by our Deputy RP and internal team. We are seeking an RP who can support regulatory oversight, compliance, and licensing responsibilities required under Dutch and EU pharmaceutical regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Responsible Person (RP) in accordance with EU GDP guidelines


• Ensure compliance with GDP and applicable Dutch/EU pharmaceutical regulations


• Support WDA/GDP licensing and regulatory processes


• Maintain and oversee quality management systems and SOP compliance


• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory communications


• Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of medicinal products


• Provide regulatory guidance and compliance oversight to the business

Requirements

• Qualified and eligible to act as RP in the Netherlands/EU


• Strong knowledge of EU GDP regulations and pharmaceutical distribution


• Experience with WDA/GDP licensed operations


• Previous experience working with pharmaceutical wholesalers/distributors preferred


• Good communication and documentation skills


• Ability to support a growing pharmaceutical business
