Responsible for Digital Marketing (f/m/d)

Job Description:
Axpo Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Responsible for Digital Marketing with a proven background and solid experience in the role within international and structured companies.
The Responsible for Digital Marketing will report to Communication \& Marketing Director, with responsibilities on digital marketing strategies/activities, websites, and platforms for Axpo Italia S.p.A B2B communication.
Main duties:
- Design, develop and optimize the B2B digital experience (UX/UI), including website visual identity and all key digital touchpoints (website, platforms, customer area and digital customer journey)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Brand \& Media, Marketing, Sales, IT) and Headquarters to define platform requirements, deliver digital projects and ensure alignment with Digital Corporate Branding and communication guidelines
- Manage and continuously update digital platforms, including content strategy (SEO/GEO), website optimization, evolution of online services, and promotion of company content and storytelling
- Monitor and analyse digital performance (KPIs, analytics, digital sentiment), supporting B2B lead generation and identifying market trends and improvement opportunities through competitor analysis
- Act as a key point of contact for Business Units, supporting B2B digital promotion initiatives and ensuring consistency and effectiveness across activities
- Coordinate operational and administrative aspects of digital marketing activities (vendor management, budget tracking, purchase orders, contracts and content usage rights)
- Ensure all digital activities and platforms comply with internal policies, brand standards, group guidelines and relevant regulations, including data privacy and accessibility.
- At least 8 years of proven experience as Responsible for Digital Marketing within international and structured companies; previous experience in energy sector is considered a plus
- Strong project management and high potential to outstanding performance under complexity and tight deadlines
- Relentless curiosity to experiment (by analyzing and execute recommendations), innovate and urge to improve to guarantee Business success.
- Structured as well as cutting\-edge thinking of the role of digital for clients and business.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language.
- Salesforce tools knowledge is considered a plus
