Job Description

You join the Accounting Standards (New products \& Investment norms) team, composed of 5 people, as an Accounting Standards Analyst. The team is specifically dedicated to the analysis of new products and capital transactions (acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, etc.) considered by the bank.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- Define the accounting treatments and identify the impacts on the social and consolidated accounts of new products and capital operations (acquisitions, disposals, mergers...). In this capacity, you actively contribute to the New Products and New Activities Committees as well as the Natixis Investment Committee;
- Write the notes describing the economics of operations;
- Manage the accounting treatment of all financial instruments concluded under this framework;
- Analyze the consolidation of any ad hoc entities involved;
- Provide your expertise on complex topics related in particular to the business lines, Prudential Standards teams, Taxation, Strategy, Legal Department or Consolidation.
This is a dense and versatile position, combining technical challenges with a strong relational dimension.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in finance and/or accounting, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, acquired within an auditing firm or the accounting or financial management of a bank.
You master:
- French accounting standards and IFRS, in particular the regulations relating to the recognition of financial instruments;
- Market, financing or securitization operations;
- Office tools.
- Rigorous;
- Recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills;
- Appreciated for your writing skills (drafting opinions in French and English).
