RESPONSABLE TECHNIQUE LIVRAISON LOGICIELLE & OPÉRATIONS (H/F)

Contexte et environnement

Integrated Power Modelling (IPM), in OneTech Technical Line Power, supports the company’s technological ambition in the digitalization of renewable energies value chain. It brings together cross‑domain expertise (scientific and digital)to deliver digital products with the goal of maximizing both the performance and value of renewable assets (solar, wind,energy storage).

It is built around four platforms, each oriented towards internal business clients (GRP, REN, FPI, Trading, etc.):Origination \& Design, Grid Integration, Operations Performance \& Optimization, and Forecasting. Each platform isstructured into three teams: Product Solutions (PS), Research \& Capability Development (RCD) and Software Delivery\& Operations (SDO).

The Origination \& Design platform’s products focus on improving our designs, energy yield assessment and costs, in order to maximize the value of our renewable projects and future assets. By design, these domains are data intensive and require integration of most advanced digital solutions.

As Technical Lead, you will operate in the SDO team and interact with close collaboration with Product Managers (inPS), Product Owners (in SDO) and RCD teams, as well as with out\-of\-IPM entities (e.g. Digital Line, IT Department,Innovation Accelerator, TTE On…).

Activités

You serve as the Technical Lead for the IPM program in one of the platforms Software Delivery \& Operations team,shaping technical vision and overseeing the secured industrialization of platforms’ products. As such, you will:

• Carry the technical vision, provide mentoring, and promote best practices.


• Ensure adherence to best practices (architecture, quality, security, performance, observability) and to company standards (cybersecurity, TGITS guidelines…)


• Evaluate the pros and cons of proposed solutions, making trade\-offs based on constraints and objectives, and guarantee the sustainability and robustness of solutions.


• Orchestrate industrialization with a "You build it, you run it" approach.


• Ensure the deployment and operational maintenance of certain platform products.


• Evaluate already developed solutions; plan and supervise their integration into the new standards of the platform.


• Be capable of actively participating in development and integration when needed.

Profil du candidat

Required Technical Skills :

• DevSecOps / SRE: CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (terraform), containers (docker).


• Observability, reliability, security.Cloud computing (we use AWS, but experience with another provider is acceptable, like Azure)


• Versatility in programming paradigms: functional, declarative, imperative, object\-oriented.


• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (python, java, C/C\+\+, node.js…).


• Packaging tooling (pip, uv, maven, npm…)

• Team spirit


• Technical leadership, teaching/mentoring ability, ownership


• Clear communication with both business and IT stakeholders sense of quality, rigor, results\-oriented approach


• Pragmatism and solution\-oriented mindset


• Ability to make decisions, present arguments, and persuade


• Curiosity, technology watch, adaptability

• Previous experience in software engineering / DevOps


• Significant experience with deploying applications to production and working in multidisciplinary teams(developers, data scientists, Product Owners, etc.)


• Direct contribution: hands\-on experience developing and integrating complex solutions, not just management


• A first experience as a Tech Lead and/or with industrial data/ops is a plus.


• Advanced degree (Master’s in engineering or equivalent)


• A scientific background (physics, mathematics, engineering, etc.) is a plus for better understanding and addressing business needs
