Your missions
As a Store Manager, you will be an integral part of the great Subdued family, and with your leadership, dynamism, and professionalism, you will ensure the smooth operation of the store and the development of your team. Being a Store Manager at Subdued is much more than managing a point of sale: you will motivate the team, optimize sales, and guarantee an impeccable customer experience every day.
Team Leader
- Supervise, train, and support the team on a daily basis.
- Develop schedules and monthly plans and organize the onboarding of new employees.
- Identify training needs, develop skills, and promote professional growth.
- Promote a positive team climate, open communication, and a culture of constructive feedback.
- Communicate the Subdued universe and brand values to customers and the team.
- Ensure a personalized and memorable customer experience at every visit.
- Maintain the image of the store (merchandising, presentation, organization, atmosphere).
- Preserve and enhance the Subdued culture within the store.
- Participate in the reception, control, and assortment of merchandise.
- Ensure the organization and cleanliness of sales areas and the stockroom.
- Contribute to the development of sales revenue through teamwork.
- Track the store's sales results (revenue, key performance indicators, objectives).
- Structure and prioritize daily tasks to ensure the store is always organized, attractive, and operational.
- Ensure the proper application of internal procedures and service standards.
- Manage complex situations (after\-sales, complaints, disputes) and find suitable solutions.
Your profile
A first experience of at least 6 months in a similar position is required. Curious, proactive, and passionate about style, you enjoy working in a team and pushing yourself every day.
