Are you AssocRICS qualified and experienced in Level 2 surveys, looking for flexibility?
Due to continued growth and increased workload, our client is seeking an AssocRICS-qualified Residential Surveyor to join their expanding team, covering the Camborne area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with experience in Level 2 surveys to join a progressive business offering strong earnings potential, flexibility, and structured career development.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys (Homebuyer Reports)
- Undertake Red Book valuations
- Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (with training provided where needed)
- Produce clear, accurate and client-focused reports using leading industry software
- Manage your own workload and diary effectively while working remotely
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified
- Experience delivering Level 2 survey reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, professional approach to client interaction
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic salary £50,000 – £60,000
- Bonus structure with OTE £60,000 – £70,000
