• Salary based on experience: £33,421\.44 \- 34,195\.20 Full time (48 Hours) £13\.39 \- £13\.70 per hour


• Flexible hours available between 40 and 48 hours – please contact us to discuss


• 2\-week rolling rota (3 days off week 1, 4 days off week 2\)

With the 2\-week rolling rota (3 days off in week 1, 4 days off in week 2\), you’ll be working just 6 months a year!

What are we looking for?

We have an incredible opportunity for qualified and unqualified Residential Support Workers at our Residential home. We want to expand our team of committed and passionate Support Workers to provide the best possible outcomes for our Young People, which could be you!

Our Place Group is an independent group of children’s residential homes and an independent specialist school based in the village of Bransford, Worcester, supporting young people on the Autistic Spectrum and other learning disabilities. In April 2024 we received a GOOD rating from OFSTED.

Your role will involve supporting our young people in the home day to day alongside our team to ensure they can reach their full potential and life goals with a helping hand
