The role
Provide day\-to\-day care, routines and meaningful activities
Build trusting, safe relationships with young people
Support education, health and family cocontacts
Keep high\-quality records and work within clear safeguarding procedures
Collaborate with colleagues and professionals to secure the best outcomes
Pay \& Progression (Residential Support Worker track)
Brand New RSW (no experience): £12\.75/hr (£256\.25 per shift incl. sleep)
Post\-probation / enrolled on Level 4: £12\.90/hr (£258\.50 per shift incl. sleep)
Qualified Level 4 RSW: £13\.25/hr (£263\.75 per shift incl. sleep)
Sleep\-in allowance: £65\.00 per night
(Team Leader and management pay bands are also published internally, with structured progression routes to Level 4 and 5\.)
You’ll bring
Compassion, patience and consistency
Flexibility to work shifts including sleep\-ins
Recording, teamwork and communication skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Experience in residential childcare (desirable)
Level 3 CYP (or commitment to work towards)
