About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children and young adults can thrive, develop independence, and enjoy engaging daily experiences.

What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Ability to work full time, 37\.5 hours per week, including weekend work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- Your place on the Assessment Day is not confirmed until you have received an email confirmation with full details, including your arrival time
- We are looking for candidates who can commit to full time hours, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
