• Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 basic D.O.E + OTE up to £42,000 plus


• Car Allowance: £300 per month

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Wolverhampton’s leading independent property firms. With multiple thriving offices and a market-leading reputation, this well-established brand is seeking a talented Sales Manager / Property Valuer to play a pivotal role in their continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the office and team.


• Conduct accurate and professional residential property valuations across Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas.


• Deliver expert property advice and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.


• Manage instructions from valuation through to listing, ensuring a seamless client experience.


• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and buyers.


• Represent the company confidently at valuations, viewings, and local events.


• Consistently meet and exceed sales and valuation targets.


• Maintain a strong local market presence and contribute to the company’s overall growth.


• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of property valuation experience (essential).


• Proven success valuing and listing properties within the Wolverhampton area.


• Full, clean UK driving licence.


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.


• A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for property.


• Strong knowledge of the local property market, trends, and competitor landscape.


• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
