Residential Property Solicitor

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - 3YEARS+

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 3 years + PQE to take on a varied caseload of residential property matters.

You will be responsible for handling approximately 25–35 new instructions per month, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases


• Remortgages


• Transfers of equity


• New build transactions


• General residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion

You will have responsibility for managing your own caseload, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for someone who:

• Has 3 years + PQE in residential conveyancing


• Is confident handling a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision


• Is a strong communicator with excellent client care skills


• Is organised, proactive, and commercially aware


• Enjoys working within a busy office-based environment


• Is keen to be involved in business development and networking

As they are looking to further develop and expand their offices, a willingness to build relationships with local agents, introducers, and the wider community will be a key requirement.
