About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor with 1-6 years' post-qualification experience to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm. This role offers the chance to become part of a supportive and collaborative residential property team, handling a varied caseload while delivering an exceptional client experience.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion, working alongside experienced colleagues in a professional and friendly environment with excellent opportunities for ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
- Handling a range of transactions including: • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Remortgages.
- Delivering an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction process.
- Managing workload effectively to achieve agreed performance targets.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including SRA regulations.
- Working efficiently within a case management system.
- Keeping up to date with developments in residential property law, conveyancing practice, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring all matters comply with current best practice and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate file records and documentation throughout each transaction.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the continued success of the department.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1–6 years' PQE in Residential Property.
- Proven experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a supportive team environment.
