A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bristol is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its busy and growing property team.

The Role
You will handle a broad range of residential property matters, managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Typical work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and equity transfers
- New build and off-plan transactions
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE
- Strong experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
