Residential Conveyancer – Newport (Hybrid Working Available)

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a long-established, highly respected law firm in Newport that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases


• Re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters


• New build and shared ownership transactions (desirable but not essential)


• Liaising directly with clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties


• Ensuring transactions progress smoothly, efficiently, and with excellent client care

You’ll have the autonomy to run your own files while being fully supported by experienced paralegals and administrative staff where appropriate.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner


• Have solid experience handling a residential property caseload independently


• Be confident managing files from instruction through to completion


• Have strong communication skills and a client-first approach


• Be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
