Residential Conveyancer – Bridgend (Hybrid Working Available)

TSR Legal are working with a long-established and highly respected South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive Bridgend office. The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases


• Re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters


• New build and shared ownership transactions (desirable but not essential)


• Direct client contact, as well as liaison with lenders, agents, and third parties


• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently with a strong focus on communication and service


• Working alongside experienced support staff to help manage workflow effectively

This is a hands-on role with autonomy over your own caseload, while benefiting from strong internal support and well-established processes.

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner


• Have solid experience running a residential conveyancing caseload independently


• Be confident handling files from instruction through to completion


• Have excellent communication and client care skills


• Be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy but well-structured environment
