A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its property team in Truro.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor, legal executive or experienced conveyancer who is looking to join a supportive team and develop their career within a successful regional practice.

The Role

You will handle a broad residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients on matters including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
New-build transactions
Help to Buy / shared ownership matters
Lease extensions
Equity releases
General residential property matters

You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and build strong, long-term relationships with clients, agents and other professional contacts.

The Candidate

The firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can demonstrate:

Solid experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
Strong technical knowledge of residential property
Excellent client care and communication skills
The ability to manage matters efficiently and work to deadlines
A commercially minded and proactive approach
The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors, legal executives and experienced licensed conveyancers, as well as strong fee earners from a non-qualified background.
