Your Role

• Create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for vulnerable children and young people.


• Support young people with daily routines, life skills, and recreational activities.


• Manage challenging behaviors with empathy, patience, and positive de\-escalation techniques.


• Work collaboratively with permanent care teams to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding.

What You Need

• Experience: Minimum of 6–12 months of experience working within residential childcare or a similar vulnerable youth setting.


• Qualifications: An NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or Children and Young People) is highly desirable, though not always essential if you have strong experience.


• Compliance: An enhanced DBS check (on the update service) and excellent professional references.


• Traits: A resilient, caring nature, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for youth empowerment.

Pay: £250\.00\-£300\.00 per day
