Resident Graduate Assistants

Highfield School, a forward\-thinking, imaginative and progressive independent boarding school, is seeking outstanding graduates to join our team from January to December 2027\.

Working as part of our dedicated Residential Team under the leadership of the Head of Boarding, Graduate Assistants play an important role in school life, supporting pupils in the classroom, on the games field and within the Boarding Houses. You will work closely with the Residential Team to build positive relationships with pupils, support their day\-to\-day needs and help create a happy, safe and welcoming boarding environment.

Single accommodation will be provided within the Boarding House, where you will become an integral part of the residential community. Meals are provided free of charge during term time.

Ideally, applicants will have their own transport and a genuine enthusiasm for sport, whether through playing, coaching or previous experience working with young people in a sporting environment.
