This property is managed by Vertiq Hospitality Partners, formerly known as Cycas Hospitality, established in 2008\. Vertiq Hospitality Partners is evolving from a hotel management company to an operating partner with a clear Vision: to be the trusted operating partner in European hospitality investments.
Radisson Hotel \& Suites Amsterdam South has 227 suites and rooms and opened in April 2021\. We want to appeal to both transient and longer\-staying travellers visiting the Dutch capital. Each of the studio’s, one\-bed and two\-bed apartments has its own fully equipped kitchen. It is up to us to make our guests feel at home with our family of associates! All rooms are suites with more living and working space than you would find in an any other hotel room.
As Reservations Intern, you will become part of our small but mightly commercial team. You will support the reservations process, daily tasks and help ensure our guests, clients and partners enjoy seamless experience; from their first email or call all the way to check\-out.
Reservations
- Assist with processing individual and group reservations via phone, email, and online platforms (including Radisson systems)
- Support the Reservations \& Events team in planning and organizing meetings, events, and group stays
- Communicate with Accounts, guests and clients to confirm details and special requests
- Prepare event orders, rooming lists, and billing instructions
- Ensure accurate data entry in systems like Opera Cloud and Fiori
- Coordinate with departments such as Front Office and Food \& Beverage to deliver exceptional service
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute your ideas to improve the guest journey
- Strong communication skills written \& verbal in English, Dutch is a plus
- Service\-minded, detail\-oriented, and organized
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with Opera (Cloud) or Fiori is a plus
- Positive energy and a hands\-on attitude. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

- Representative and confident when interacting with guests, clients, and partners

- Internship Allowance of €650 per month (based on a full\-time, 38 hours a week, internship). This amount is including travel allowance and other expenses)
