We are looking for a research assistant (f/m/d) to support our ReGEN Innovation Hub at the School of Technology and Architecture on our Berlin campus.The position involves 10 hours of work per week and is a temporary position limited to two months.

Your responsibilities:

- Mapping current university institute projects and resource needs by coordinating meetings with internal institute directors (IIT, IARS, CMI, IWS)
- Conducting technology scouting, establishing industry contacts, and identifying green\-tech funding opportunities
- Drafting project concept notes and refining grant proposals for the ReGEN Innovation Hub
- Preparing letters of intent (LoIs) for prospective external partners
- Coordinating partner communications and assisting in finalizing stakeholder cooperation agreements
- Developing and delivering a functional Hub workspace and an organized stakeholder contact database

- Ideally an enrolled student at SRH University (preferably with a background blending technical engineering and business)
- Proactive communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal academic directors and external industry partners
- Strong analytical mindset suited for technology scouting, processing technical documentation, and market research
- Excellent command of English is preferred as local industry outreach is imperative
- Ability to work independently, to manage tight project timelines, and organize database systems
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively in a two\-person team
