Research assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to support ongoing projects in liver metabolism, diabetes, and hypoxia signaling using cell culture, animal tissues, and human samples. The employment is a temporary employment for 4 months, June \- September.
Your mission
The Research Assistant will assist with experiments including:
Cell Culture \& Molecular Biology
- Maintenance of cells and spheroid cultures
- RNA extraction and qPCR analysis
- Western blotting
- Plasmid preparation and transfection
- Cell viability assays
- ELISA and other biochemistry assays
- Blood and urine sample processing
- Tissue sectioning (FFPE sections and cryosections)
- Immunhistochemical staining
- Confocal microscopy and image analysis
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Biology, Molecular Biology, or related fields
- Hands\-on experience with the techniques listed above
- Strong organizational and record\-keeping skills
- Highly motivated and detail\-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
