*Key Responsibilities*

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current distributors and strategic partners.


• Collect and analyze market information to identify new growth and support decision\-making.


• Train distributor and installer teams on products and technical knowledge.


• Assist distributors in identifying and closing sales opportunities.


• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve products.


• Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and activities.


• Adapt to cross\-cultural collaboration and follow headquarters’ directives and proactively support and execute company channel sales policies.

*Qualification*

• A strong network of contacts within the renewable energy, especially for residential energy storage and small\-scale C\&I energy storage.


• Strong technical knowledge of energy storage and inverter products, preferred technical sales or business development manager.


• Proactive, self\-motivated, and results\-driven.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills.


• Fluent in Dutch and English.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development in solar industry.


• Comfortable with domestic and international travel as required by the company.


• Enjoy challenging tasks with a friendly, positive and customer\-driven attitude.
