Could you be the full\-time Requirements Manager (f/m/d) in Hamburg or Berlin we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a cutting\-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and solution\-oriented teammates.
You’ll play a key role in driving the consistency and quality of requirements across complex railway projects. You work closely with cross\-functional teams across engineering, project management, and quality to ensure traceability, alignment, and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
We’ll look for you to:
- Define and drive the requirements management strategy across all project phases
- Ensure consistency, quality, and traceability of requirements from customer specifications to delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders in drafting, aligning, and validating requirements
- Manage requirement changes and assess their impact on scope, timelines, and costs
- Ensure data quality and integrate external inputs across systems and teams
- Monitor progress, risks, and deviations, supporting informed project decision\-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements management tools, processes, and best practices

- Hold a degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Bring experience in engineering projects across different project phases
- Demonstrate knowledge of requirements management methodologies and tools
- Communicate effectively and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Structure priorities, manage complexity, and navigate competing objectives
- Take ownership, make decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Speak fluent German and English
