Your Job as Requirements Engineering Excellence Manager (m/f/d)
As a Requirements Engineering Excellence Manager (m/f/d), you will drive the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems engineering and requirements engineering processes, methods, and tools across the organization. You will optimize interfaces and workflows between Business Line and R\&D, shape the idea\-to\-product process landscape, and support efficient cross\-functional collaboration. In addition, you will strengthen engineering excellence through standards, trainings, process optimization, and the administration and enhancement of Siemens Polarion and related engineering tool environments.
You are interested in
- Defining, implementing, and continuously improving systems engineering and requirements engineering methods, processes, and tools across the organization.
- Driving the optimization of interfaces and workflows between Business Line and R\&D within the product development process landscape.
- Shaping and further developing the idea\-to\-product process framework, including governance, process logic, and cross\-functional collaboration models.
- Administering, configuring, and maintaining Siemens Polarion and related engineering tool environments, including templates, workflows, and traceability concepts.
- Developing and establishing standards, guidelines, and best practices for requirements engineering, systems engineering, and technical documentation.
- Planning and coordinating process and tool updates in alignment with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with applicable management systems and regulations.
- Conducting workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions to support the effective adoption and efficient use of engineering processes and tools.
- Ensuring consistency, quality, usability, and compliance of technical documentation and engineering artefacts.
- Identifying process and tool improvement opportunities, aligning implementation activities with stakeholders, and monitoring execution and effectiveness.
- Supporting efficient cross\-functional collaboration and providing organizational support to ensure delivery of targets related to quality, schedule, and cost.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or natural sciences
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar field, preferrably in the automotive/semiconductor industry
- Interest in process development and implementation
- Good Knowledge of Standard Office applications,
- Experience in using Tools such as Jira and Polarion would be an advantage
- Team\-oriented way of working
- Very good English language skills
