Representative Customer Service Commercial
==============================================

In your role, you will serve as the main commercial contact for assigned customers and sales representatives, ensuring the efficient handling of customer requests throughout the L2O and O2C processes. You will proactively manage customer relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service and support business success across the European region.

Your Responsibilities
-------------------------

  • Execute customer requests in accordance with the Lead\-to\-Order (L2O) process and company procedures.

  • Manage commercial requests from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.

  • Serve as the key contact for assigned customers and the respective Sales representatives on all commercial topics.

  • Independently manage defined customers within the 360° customer concept.

  • Execute Order\-to\-Cash (O2C) activities and support smooth order fulfillment.

  • Coordinate with cross\-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely customer communication.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively addressing customer needs.

  • Support quotation, pricing, and other commercial activities to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Your Profile
----------------
  • Completed education with a commercial or business\-related focus.

  • Professional experience in Customer Service, preferably in an international environment.

  • Fluent in German, English and French, both written and spoken.

  • Strong customer service mindset with proven experience in managing customer relationships.

  • Experience in sales\-related activities such as quotations, commercial negotiations, or customer support.

  • Good knowledge of payment terms, Incoterms, and general commercial processes.

  • Excellent business communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with cost calculations and a solid commercial understanding.

  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
