We are looking for a talented Product Engineering Specialist to join our team specialising in Engineering for our Cummins Components Software organisation in Huddersfield, United Kingdom.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to develop and improve innovative products and engineering solutions.

  • Work with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, and customer\-facing teams to support product development activities.

  • Help solve technical challenges using structured problem\-solving methods and data\-driven decision\-making.

  • Contribute to product testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.

  • Support engineering projects from concept through implementation, taking ownership of deliverables and helping drive successful outcomes.

  • Share knowledge, build relationships, and contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
  • A degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline; equivalent experience may also be considered.

  • Strong problem\-solving, analytical, and decision\-making skills.

  • The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn and develop in a technical environment.
