Reporting \& Insight Analyst

Location: Priory Park, Bedford / Hybrid

Team: Finance – Commercial \& Planning / Insights \& Analytics

Reporting to: Reporting \& Analytics Manager

Salary: £40,000 \- £42,000 \+ annual company performance related bonus up to 20% \+ 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays \+ private medical insurance \+ employer pension contributions up to 10%

We’re looking for a Reporting \& Analytics Analyst to join our growing Insights \& Analytics team—someone who can turn data into a powerful story and become a trusted partner to the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in enabling smarter decisions by designing and delivering impactful reporting across Salesforce and Oracle , while ensuring consistency with enterprise data standards.

Your role will include:

• Building and enhancing reports and dashboards that drive operational, tactical, and strategic decisions


• Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights


• Ensuring accuracy and alignment across Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI and Snowflake outputs


• Championing data quality, governance, and KPI consistency across the organisation


• Acting as a subject matter expert in reporting best practices


• Driving adoption of reporting by delivering training, guidance, and user support


• Identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting efficiency

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong business engagement skills:

• Proven experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce is required


• Strong understanding of data models, relationships, and reporting structures


• Experience with enterprise systems (ideally Salesforce \& Oracle / CRM \& ERP )


• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear reporting solutions


• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy, validation, and data integrity


• Confidence creating clear documentation, definitions, and reporting standards

• Delivering accurate, timely reporting aligned to a single source of truth


• Increasing user adoption and reducing reliance on manual reporting


• Driving consistency and trust in business metrics and KPIs
