Responsibilities:
- Analyze requests from the ticketing system
- Understand business needs and evaluate requests
- Document requirements in the form of structured specifications
- Design and develop reports (Qlik Sense, Excel, Excel via Power Query)
- Adapt and improve existing reports
- Identify and propose alternative solutions in the event of limitations
- Validate the consistency of data from the ERP and other systems
- Ensure alignment with current business processes
- Train and support Key Users
- Document reports and their use
- Communicate updates and changes
- Provide functional support and propose corrective actions

Technical Skills* MySQL or equivalent
- Qlik Sense
- Excel using Power Query
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of data structures
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience
- Experience in reporting/data analysis involving interaction with business units
- Excellent command of French required
- Business\-level English
