We are looking for a Repairs Estimator to join our team based in Dublin, reporting to the Repairs Manager. This position plays a key role within the business and is responsible for identifying repair work opportunities, compiling quotations for repair works and progressing with customers to gain chargeable orders.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify opportunities for chargeable repair works from company maintenance portfolio
- Responsible for creating prompt accurate quotations in accordance with company system
- Responsible for issuing sufficient quote volume to attain required order intake value and profitability.
- Responsible for regular contact with customers to ensure quotations received and understood
- Manage and guide customer expectations on the company’s services
- Support the regional service functions, as placing and receiving orders from/to warehouse
