<p>The<strong> Rental Service Agent</strong> is a dual-focused role:</p>

<li>Customer Experience Champion for rentals</li>
<li>Sales Specialist for RV purchase demos and conversions</li>
</ul>
<p>This position is crucial to ensuring customers leave satisfied, whether they are beginning a rental journey or purchasing their future RV.</p>

<p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p>
<p>The<strong> Rental Service Agent </strong>executes all customer-facing rental operations and performs professional RV sales demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. This is a hands-on, customer-centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow-up sales management. Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers’ high standards.</p>

<p data-start="133" data-end="309"><strong>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Customer Service &amp; Operations</strong>: Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Demonstrations &amp; Customer Engagement</strong>: Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer-specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Conversion &amp; Lead Management</strong>: Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets.</li>
<li><strong>Product Knowledge &amp; Technical Support</strong>: Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.). Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.</li>

<p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments.</li>
<li><strong>Must have</strong>: Strong communication and customer engagement skills.</li>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems.</li>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure.</li>
<li>Proficiency using <strong>Nice to have:</strong> CRM tools, <strong>Must have: </strong>rental systems, or <strong>nice to have:</strong> digital sales software.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers.</li>
<li><strong>Must have</strong>: Driving License (Category B) required.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> English and <strong>Nice to have:</strong> local-language proficiency (if applicable).</li>

<p><strong>PHYSICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Must Have:</strong> Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day.</li>
<li><strong>Must have:</strong> Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg).</li>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li><strong>Must have</strong>: Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules.</li>
<li><strong>Must have: </strong>Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism.</li>
