Salary: £29,741.40 + Uncapped Bonus
Location: Stockport (SK1)
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 | working every other weekend with a day off in lieu Sat 08:00 –12:30 | Sun 09:00–12:00

Assignment Length: 6-month fixed term (With a view to go permanent after 6 months)

The Role

We’re seeking a Rentals Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. You’ll help customers find the right rental solution, manage reservations and agreements, and promote add-on services to enrich the rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and recommend tailored rental options


• Conduct vehicle inspections and complete accurate documentation


• Process reservations, agreements, and payments


• Clearly explain terms, conditions, and insurance coverage


• Promote add-on services to improve customer experience


• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally


• Coordinate with the team on fleet availability and maintenance


• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

• Customer-focused mindset


• Strong communication and decision-making skills


• Team player able to support different departments


• Reliable and flexible (weekends & holidays)


• Full, clean UK driving licence
