£26,000 \+ excellent benefits

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (no weekends)

Looking for a varied role with strong career progression in a growing dealership? Join Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South as a Rental Assistant and play a key part in the success of our Rent\-A\-Car operation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the day\-to\-day running of our Rent\-A\-Car department

  • Assisting with retail and local corporate vehicle rentals

  • Promoting the brand locally and supporting marketing activity

  • Helping manage bookings, payments, ID checks and credit processes

  • Coordinating vehicle collections and deliveries

  • Upselling additional products such as insurance

  • Supporting the Rental Manager with budgets and operations

What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in car rental (desirable)

  • Strong customer service and admin skills

  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach

  • A team player with flexibility to step up when needed
