Evolve Home Energy Solutions is a fast\-growing energy retrofit and home improvement company based in South Wales. We are a progressive business looking for talented, driven team members to help us grow and contribute towards delivering net\-zero carbon solutions.

Having established our Home Renewables Department, we are now looking to expand our business to meet growing demand by building a dedicated Renewable Heating Installation Team. We have secured several exciting and significant partnerships across South Wales and beyond, placing us at the forefront of the renewable energy industry.

Renewable Heating Installation Team

£45,000–£55,000 per person OTE \+ company vehicle \+ company pension subject to experience \- TBC at interview stages

Evolve currently has several significant contracts with large housing providers, local authorities and utilities. We work closely with these organisations to deliver the highest\-quality service from end to end, while also creating new business opportunities across the energy retrofit market.

The electrification of heat and the drive towards net\-zero carbon represent one of the biggest transformations the energy industry has seen. We are looking to bring in the best people in the business to help ensure Evolve remains at the forefront of this exciting challenge.

In this role, you will support the Head of Operations in the successful delivery of multiple projects from start to finish. This will include taking responsibility for the full installation process, including commissioning, while helping the business achieve its strategic and commercial objectives.

Essential Qualifications \& Experience

The essential qualifications for this role include:

• Heat Pump qualifications


• BPEC or equivalent qualification


• Unvented Hot Water (G3\)


• Gas CCN1

Experience and qualifications in PV and Solar Thermal would be advantageous but are not essential, as training will be provided.

Experience using MCS\-approved work portals, software and sizing tools would also be beneficial.
