Our client is a nationwide firm that specialises in Residential Conveyancing. Offering the opportunity to work full-time from home with top of the range technology alongside a generous bonus scheme, they are currently looking for a Remortgage Conveyancer to join their growing team.

Duties

• Handling your own caseload of remortgage files


• Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties to progress cases efficiently


• Complying with regulatory and quality standards


• Delivering outstanding client service throughout the process

You

• You must have previous experience handling remortgage files either on their own or as part of a wider caseload


• Strong attention to detail is essential


• Excellent organisational skills


• Great communication skills


• Client-focused approach


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team


• Enthusiasm for the industry


• Proactive and self-motivated
