As a Reliability Engineer (d/f/m) at Airbus based in Hamburg, Finkenwerder, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and advancing production systems in a high-tech environment. This position is integral to the success of operations at Airbus and must be filled through an employee leasing arrangement. You'll be involved at every stage of the equipment lifecycle, from acquisition to decommissioning, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. In collaboration with internal teams like Jigs & Tools and Quality, your expertise will drive technical availability while keeping costs and timelines on track. With a sharp focus on IT innovations and process advancements, you'll elevate maintenance to new standards in a dynamic and innovative setup.

Your tasks:

  • Accompany the entire lifecycle of machinery and systems, including procurement and decommissioning.

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans while performing analyses to address recurring issues.

  • Maintain direct communication with equipment manufacturers and maintenance contractors.

  • Ensure high technical availability of production systems, balancing time and costs effectively.

  • Implement IT technologies and new processes to push maintenance standards forward.

  • Manage equipment information and work orders using SAP.

  • Collaborate closely with teams such as production, Jigs & Tools, and Quality.

  • Commit to occasional late shifts (one week per quarter) as required.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:


  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field.

  • 2 years of experience in areas such as workplace safety, maintenance, and supplier management.

  • 3 years of industry design experience.

  • Proficient in SAP and Google Workspace; foundational knowledge of Lean Management and project management preferred.

  • Fluent in German (business level) and strong proficiency in English.

  • Adept in recognizing system interdependencies and analyzing functionalities effectively.

  • Ability to work independently, coordinate processes efficiently, and meet timelines consistently.

  • Exceptional communication skills for seamless collaboration with stakeholders across hierarchical levels.

  • Open to periodic late-shift commitments.
