Job Description
ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Release Coordinator / Project Support Officer (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.
In this role, you will support the coordination of software releases and data integration activities for a Data Warehouse platform, ensuring smooth deployments, effective stakeholder communication, and high standards of delivery quality.
THE WORK:
- Coordinate software releases and deployment activities across the Data Warehouse platform.
- Support planning, tracking, and follow\-up of release\-related tasks and milestones.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure production readiness.
- Assist in data validation and quality control activities prior to releases.
- Monitor release progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Support issue tracking, risk management, and resolution follow\-up.
- Maintain project and release documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of release and delivery processes.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Experience in project support, release coordination, PMO, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate activities involving multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycles and release management concepts.
- Ability to manage priorities and follow up on actions in a structured manner.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with Data Warehouse environments.
- Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (BO).
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, or other project management tools.
- French language skills.
