Requirements

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in the field in oil and gas projects.


• At least 3 years of experience in construction, preferably as Quality Manager.


• Experience in procedure and regulatory management.


• Experience in managing reports and compliance documentation related to applicable construction codes and/or project specifications.


• Knowledge of European Regulations, including PED, ATEX, Machinery, EMC, Low Voltage and CE Marking.


• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.


• English C1\+.

Desirable

• Experience in Vendor Performance Management.

Location

• Home Office, with availability to travel to Spain or relocate permanently if required.

Principal duties

• Establish and execute comprehensive project procedures for full regulatory compliance across all project phases.


• Design and implement global CE Marking strategies, coordinating workflows for European Directives including PED, ATEX, Machinery, EMC and Low Voltage.


• Manage complex regulatory requirements with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment of third\-party certifications and licenses.


• Manage contracts and technical exchanges with Notified Bodies and classification societies to ensure timely and high\-quality certification.


• Maintain robust permit records and interpret national regulations to identify and mitigate project impacts.


• Ensure all regulatory documentation is robust, audit\-ready and available for project management and client reporting.


• Provide specialized support in coordinating performance standards and technical clarifications for compliance across the project.
