We are looking for a Full time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our amazing team, which has created our multi award\-winning independent small animal Veterinary Centre. You must be driven by clinical excellence and want to always deliver a gold standard of care.

We are a large and busy 24hr First Opinion Practice with separate Canine and Feline facilities and a large surgical case load. We provide the Out of Hours (OOH) service for 3 other practices, and our nights are mainly covered by our dedicated night team, however all nurses are expected to partake in the OOH rota if required.

Under the support of the Head Nurse and Deputy, we use our Nurses to their full potential undertaking Nursing consults, Nurse driven op days, Patient care, Dentistry as well as regular social events outside of work. The candidate should be aware of the pressures within the working day, ideally with a passion for cats to help drive our feline centre to the next level. Our business has been built on ‘What’s best for the pet’ so you must have a passion for excellence, an eye for detail and a willingness to be flexible and support the team.

The 40\-hour week will typically consist of a 4\-day work week with weekend responsibilities in addition, typically 1 full weekend every 4 weeks. We can be flexible with working hours for the right candidate. You will have allocated admin time as required and be given opportunities to look into areas of passion.

The ideal candidate would have:

· Veterinary experience: 5 years

· A passion for feline work

· Clinical coach status

· Exceptional communication skills

· An interest in out of hours care

· Flexibility to fit the needs of the team

Salary \- £32,000 \-£34,000 per year, depending on experience.
